I'm getting this same behavior with r21369
Aditionaly, I'm getting this error when loading vboxnetflt

[   18.326687] vboxnetflt: disagrees about version of symbol RTTimeNanoTS
[   18.326693] vboxnetflt: Unknown symbol RTTimeNanoTS

The compilation went on without any problem.
