These lines appear just below:


   _NameMap={0x00:'None',0x01:'Mandatory',0x02:'Expert',0x04:'Array',0x07:'FlagMask'}
   _ValueMap={
              'None':0x00,
              'Mandatory':0x01,
              'Expert':0x02,
              'Array':0x04,
              'FlagMask':0x07}

as a orphan piece of code, serving no purpose but preventing the
execution of the file.
