[vbox-dev] Minor Patch: VirtualBox_wrappers.py in the 'sdk'

    Hi Amit,

 Could you please explain, what this patch is intended to do?
Code this patch aims to remove is the way constants implemented, so that 
one can say  DataFlags.Expert.
