how did you compile the kernel modules? Did you really execute

  out/.../bin/src/Makefile

? This Makefile calls both, the Makefile for vboxdrv and the Makefile
for vboxnetflt and it copies the required Module.symvers from vboxdrv
to vboxnetflt.
