Hi Pascal,
the SDK shipped with VirtualBox contains the .wsdl files in the
"sdk\webservice" folder. Further, take a look at the VirtualBox user
manual in section 10.1.5.
A Python API (local and remote) will be available in the next version of
VirtualBox.
