You are the one who made the initial zh_TW translation, right? If so, 
please update your translation. Or look at the bottom of 
http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/234 where you will find an alternative 
translation from khiav. You should join your efforts (I cannot simply 
overwrite your translation with his one), so please reply in the ticket 
comments.

The zh_TW translation was not included in the 1.5.0 release just by 
accident, sorry (usually we include licensed translations that have more 
than 50% translated). It will be included in the next (1.5.2) release.
