[vbox-dev] installation script seems not to work here (fedora core 6)

I've installed a package that provides libstdc++.so.5
and the regarding message is gone.
However when I try and launch a VM the problem of the
module (Invalid module format) still arises.
Indeed, dmesg reports that vermagic of the module has
got i686, when it is expecting i586.
It is strange, I think, because uname -rm reports
i686.

I installed recently a ubuntu system and I will try and
use VB within it. I hope I'll have more luck.
