we already fixed these compiler issues (and some more) in our internal
SVN. I hope we can sync our internal repository to the public soon again
(currently some minor infrastructure problem). For further discussions

BTW, even making the op-validator to accept the gcc-4.3-generated Assembler
file doesn't help, there is another problem we will look into once gcc-4.3
is finally released.
