I have heard of the new CPU scheduler in kernel 2.6.22 and up. (The
Completely Fair Scheduler)

What effects it can have on Emulation and Virtualization in general
and on VirtualBox specifically ?

Additionally, now after 2.6.21 kernel released with tickless timers,
how it will affect virtualization in general and VirtualBox in
particular?
