IMachine: dropped the number of reservedAttributes from 14 to 12 in order to make the Windows server 2003 (and possibly vista) work with our proxy stub DLL. Max number of interfaces (specified by the third member of _IMachineStubVtbl (CInterfaceStubVtbl)) must be less or equal to 256, otherwise VBoxProxyStub::DllGetClassObject will assert due to NdrDllGetClassObject failure.
