VBoxSVC locks-up badly on Windows hosts

VBoxSVC locks-up badly on Windows hosts, when doing machine lock/unlock several times and shutting down network interfaces and shutting down VM itself. (no such problems on Linux hosts)
I wrote a testcase in python.
Host: Window (XP +Win Vista/32+Win7x64), python 2.6.6 (and 2.7.1) + VBox 4.1.0
(only workaround is it to manually kill VBoxSVC via Windows Task Manager)
To reproduce:
- Modify vmname in "vboxtestcase.py"
- Run "vboxtestcase.py" several times on Win XP
This bug is *Critical*.
