Version 3.2.0_BETA1 r60785 breaks VM with linked 3.1.6 VboxGuestAdditions.iso image

Description

Upgraded to version listed above (which still needs to be added to the bug version list btw) and am now unable to remove or release a VboxGuestAdditions.iso image. It says "attached to <my VM name>" but it isn't. I even tried to re-attach it and then select another iso to make it reset, but to no avail. When trying to start the VM it also fails.

In fact it says "Attached to <my VM name> (Installed)" where "Installed" is the name of the first snapshot. Let me try deleting that snapshot and see what happens.

Yes, after removing that particular snapshot it now says "not attached" and I am able to remove it. Can this be made to work better/make it more user friendly?

Hmm the VM still fails to start though:

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine <my VM name>.

cannot load R0 module C: \PROGRA~1\Oracle\VIRTUA~1/VBoxDDR0.r0 (VERR_ALREADY_LOADED).

Failed to reguster ourselves as a PCI Bus (VERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND).

Uknown error creating VM (VERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND).
