Paused VMs still use CPU cycles

Description

Paused VMs still use the same amount of CPU cycles as non-paused ones.

For example if a VM before pause used 60% of host CPU, then after pause it still uses the same 60%.

Host: openSUSE 10.2, VBox 1.4.0.

For some strange reason, even "kill -SIGSTOP [vbox-pid]" doesn't helps.

Also with 1.5.0? (sounds rather strange if you ask me)

  • status changed from new to closed.
  • resolution set to fixed.

I really doubt this has anything to do with VBox. Closing.
