Cannot add USB Filter Details

Reported by: Errol Atterbury Owned by:
Component: USB Version: VirtualBox 3.0.2

Description

see post

Crux of the matter is...
(i) that manufacturer, product, serial# and port do not display details by default
(ii) if after manually editing the machine_name.xml, vbox deletes those entries anyway

The only solution that I've been able to apply is to edit the machine_name.xml, then make it read-only to ensure those details stay locked in.
