Description
Windows 7 64-bit cannot be installed on Mac OSX 10.5.6 (64-bit) using VB 2.1. The install was successful with 32-bit ISO image.

I expect I'm doing something wrong, but seeing as this ticket is already open, I may as well post my results here:
Windows failed to start. ...
File: \windows\system32\boot\winload.exe
Status: 0xc000035a
Info: Attempting to load a 64-bit application, however this CPU is not
compatible with 64-bit mode.

You used the wrong guest OS type. On a 32 bits host you *must* select a 64 bits type.
