    11Steps to reproduce:
    2 1. Create a FAT32 partition
    3 2. In VirtualBox, begin the new disk setup
    4 3. Select fixed-size
    5 4. Choose to put the vdi file on the FAT32 partition
    6 5. Select any size (doesn't matter, but make it small for this test)
    7 6. At the final screen, there is an error saying the vdi file is too big
