v2 v3 1 Finally could resolve the issue. I had to deactivate the "Bigfoot Networks Killer Network Manager" from autostart and in addition to execute netsh winsock resetcommand in command promt with admin rights.1 Finally could resolve the issue. I had to deactivate the "Bigfoot Networks Killer Network Manager" from autostart and in addition to execute "netsh winsock reset" command in command promt with admin rights.
