    6 Unninstall VirtualBox and Vagrant
    7 Remove VirtualBox and Vagrant entire installation directory
    8 Remove direcories ~/.vagrant.d and ~/.VirtalBox (if you have important things here make a backup)
    9 Restart PC
    10 Install VirtualBox and Vagrant Again
    11 Restart again
    12 Open VirtuaBox
