actually created it but when investigating it was there.<br>

I can rebuild with the additions if you want for me to look for
anything specific.<br>
Thinking that it might have been an issue since it was in the /dev
folder I did reboot the host to be sure and it still would not
work and clicking on the settings on any guest produced the broken
USB subset warning.<br>
