[vbox-dev] VirtualBox fails to install python bindings on Ubuntu 11.04 x64

It turned out that we mis-compiled python 2.7 on our local build
boxes (forgot to enable UCS4 unicode).

  ldd -r VBoxPython2_7.so

shows the problem. Will be fixed for all future builds from now on.
